In recent years, its health benefits have attracted attention and increasingly gaining popularity. Containing no caffeine and minimal calories, it is great for drinking anytime.

Containing multiple power antioxidants such as luteolin, they can protect cells in the body from damage due to free radicals and reduce inflammation.

Reducing Blood Pressure

Gobo Tea contains potassium, which may help to lower blood pressure and open blood vessels to improve blood flow.

Improve Immunity

The saponins in burdock tea are said to be able to activate the natural cells which control the body immunity. It also warms the body and is ideal as a beverage for some relief from colds.
